Why I Built This Site
Most fitness content is written for 25-year-olds. The workouts assume you recover overnight. The supplement recommendations ignore what actually matters after 50 — testosterone, muscle retention, joint health, and energy that doesn’t crash by 2pm.
I test everything I write about. If I recommend a workout program, a supplement, or a recovery protocol, it’s because it worked for me or the evidence is strong enough that I’d put my own money on it. That’s the standard here.
